Criteria for participation and duties of applicants
Applicants must
be a member of a FEACO or ICMCI member association. In unclear cases Constantinus Club will ask the national association for confirmation
- submit the completed application forms by April 14th, 2008
- submit the administration fee of EUR 290.- (plus VAT) to CONSTANTINUS CLUB by April 30th , 2008
- have customer´s approval for the publication of the project
- accept the award rules and the jury decision
- allow publication and featuring in public (press, TV etc) by CONSTANTINUS CLUB in Austria, by FEACO, ICMCI and by the local association
All Applicants have the right to
- display the CONSTANTINUS logo in the form provided by the CONSTANTINUS CLUB (´Constantinus 2008 participant`) on stationary, homepage and in advertising
- participate in any CONSTANTINUS event locally or in Austria
- feature on the CONSTANTINUS project database
- translate into local language all deliverables
All Nominees have the right to
- display the CONSTANTINUS Logo in the form provided by CONSTANTINUS CLUB (´CONSTANTINUS 2008 Winner`)
- be featured (audiovisual) at the Gala Event and on the CONSTANTINUS Homepage
- join the ´CONSTANTINUS Winners Club` in Austria or locally.
