Evaluation and Jury
General evaluation criteria will be published together with the tender documents. A formal check on completeness will be done by Constantinus Club. Only complete submissions will be submitted to the jury. The jury process will work in two steps:
- The submitted applications together with a proposed scheme (evaluation points per criteria) will be sent to the jury members. Based on these results a winner will be selected (strictly according to points awarded).
- The jury will convene middle of May in Vienna to select the winners. FEACO and ICMCI will nominate a jury member with full voting.
