
Intellectual Property and other rights
Constantinus Award is a trademark registered in Austria. FEACO, ICMCI, the FEACO and ICMCI member associations and the applicants may use the Constantinus Award logo in other countries at own risk. Applicants must not pass the rights on to third parties, except to customers of their submitted project. UBIT cannot guarantee for indemnity on any legal claims outside Austria.
No confidential documents or programming code will be accepted by Constantinus Award. UBIT, FEACO, ICMCI and CONSTANTINUS will not publish details on projects other than submitted by the applicants and necessary for advertising and PR.
All parties agree on strict adherence to data protection regulations.
Prizes and Sponsorship
Constantinus Award will provide:
- Diploma for the winner both for applicant and customer
- The Constantinus trophies for the winner and for the customer
- Eventually give-aways donated by sponsors
The Constantinus Award process and events are subsidized substantially by UBIT and by sponsors. FEACO and national associations may win sponsors or contribute directly, if appropriate. Sponsors will be authorized to use the Constantinus Award logo and publish their sponsorship in Europe except Austria.
Other
UBIT, FEACO, ICMCI or Constantinus Award will not cover travel and living expenses for applicants or customers participating at Constantinus Award events.
Any dispute arising from this announcement will be openly discussed and settled in a fair and amicable manner. If agreement cannot be reached, all parties agree on a mediation process by a professional mediator.
