Development and implementation of an application for a standardized data exchange format for dermoscopy with administrative assistence-functions

The project contains the development of a standard for dermoscopy, which is a non-invasive diagnostic technique that allows for the observation of morphologic features that are not visible to the naked eye. Dermoscopy, also known as dermatoscopy or epiluminescence microscopy, is thus an imaging modality that lies between macroscopic clinical dermatology and microscopic dermatopathology.

Furthermore the implementation of an application for the administration of patients is provided.
To affirm the new developed standard for dermoscopy of the International Dermoscopy Society the application supports the examiner to store data to a database for further usage. This way of data-input is based on the standard of the International Dermoscopy Society.
