ESSENSE was pressured to look for a professional cooperation partner to apply for a large scale project: the Quarantine Station ("Q-Station") heritage retreat resort at Sydney Harbour National Park (construction of a historic hotel, 90 rooms, a spa, restaurant and conference areas).
The environmental approval by the Sydney authorities for construction of Q-Station includes a very critical restriction of visitors allowed the same time on the reserve compound.
ESSENSE searched a provider, who develops a measuring first concept and following an IT-tool for the in-coming and outgoing visitors flow. Human Business´ solution finally was chosen as being best among several competitors: our procedural framework and the particular use of information technology in order to manage the visitors numbers at the site made us successful.

MAWLAND Hotel Management Pty, the central manager and financer of the project evaluated the ESSENSE approach, as developed by Human Business best. Therefore ESSENSE is in the pole position for obtaining the contract award for the Q-Station project in July 2006.
