ICG Infora Consulting Group has developed a specific model for the process-oriented organization of enterprises in order to put them in a position to react quickly and efficiently to the dynamic framework conditions of the market.

Based on this model, a traditional Bavarian family enterprise was transformed into a Center of Competence of the global ANDRITZ group.

The rapid change was initiated by quick and clear cuts and new organizational structures. In large group workshops, the change also seized the employees. Cross functional project teams holistically redesigned the entire business process from sales up to delivery. Many of the improvement ideas came from the employees themselves. Experts from ICG Hungary led the shop floor optimization.

By the real-time implementation of the new processes developed, the new principles and behavioral model also could be continuously practiced. After only 14 months, the major project goals have been demonstrably achieved.
